Football is in the air!

I love this time of year! I love all gaming, and the football season adds another dimension to my play. As a firm believer that we should all have a second or third game in the casinos, I highly recommend taking a look at sports betting as an option.

Although Craps is my passion, I find that I sometimes need to take a break from table games. The reasons vary and can be as simple as my feet are tired from standing too long at the table, or, if the game is not progressing, I need to push back to clear my head and re-think my game.

Sports betting gives me the opportunity to sit down, study the game stats, make a wager or two, and re-group before returning to the Craps Pit.

To do well at sports betting requires understanding of all the elements that go in to a win or loss, and your timing is essential. If you have the time to study all the statistics, follow the major players, figure out the odds on each game, determine the side you want to take and the over/under totals, that's great.

If your time is more limited, there are plenty of web sites that give you the information you need to make an informed bet. A site that I use before making any sports bet is the VegasInsider.com.

Another good source of information is Gaming Today- a weekly sports newspaper. You can pick up a copy for FREE in most casino sports books in Las Vegas. If you don't live in Las Vegas just go online:

A Beginners Guide to Betting College Games

Sports betting can seem intimidating to many beginners, but it's easier to get the hang of than you might think. But many of us don't have time to really focus and digest all the information that is available.

In this case I recommend Steve Franzblau's - Bottomline Services. I have known Steve for 14 years and use his service myself. He is a great handicapper, both consistent in his recommendations and gives an honest appraisal based on his extensive knowledge.

You can check out his bio and past year's results on his web site. His prices are very reasonable compared to most of the other sports handicappers.

If you have an interest in using Steve's services, tell him the Dice Coach sent you and you will be eligible to receive a package discount!

See you at the sportsbook, or in the pit!

Another 20 minute roll!  I think between that little modification and adopting your betting tactics, that this will work well in the long run.  Thanks again!  - Bill -
